The All-Africa Students Union’s Environment and Climate Action Lead, Belinda Mensah, is currently attending the inaugural Pan African Conference on Women and Girls Education, #AU_PANCOGEd1 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The conference is themed “Prioritizing Girls and Women’s Education: A Strategy for Increased Access to Inclusive, Lifelong Quality, and Relevant Learning in Africa.” Organized by @au_cieffa and co-created by @oxfaminternational, @unicef, and other partners, the event underscores the critical role of education in empowering women and girls, ensuring inclusive access, and fostering lifelong learning opportunities across Africa.
